The tournament attracted the participation of 12 men's volleyball teams from 12 armed forces units in the district. The 12 teams were divided into 4 groups: Binh Thanh Commune Military, District Military Agency and Vinh Tan 2 Thermal Power Plant (Group A); Chi Cong Commune Military, Lien Huong Port Border Guard Station and Phan Ri Cua Town Military (Group B); Radar Station 69, Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant and District Police (Group C); Phuoc The Commune Military, Hoa Minh Border Guard Station and Lien Huong Town Military (Group D).

After the opening ceremony, the teams including: District Military Agency - Vinh Tan 2 Thermal Power Plant; Chi Cong Commune Military - Phan Ri Cua Town Military; Radar Station 69 - Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant and Phuoc The Commune Military - Hoa Minh Border Guard Station entered the first matches. The athletes competed very enthusiastically, attracting enthusiastic cheers from the audience.

The final and closing ceremony will take place on the afternoon of December 23.
