The Traffic Police Department has continuously conducted propaganda sessions in many areas, especially in key tourist areas of the city, with the participation of taxi and electric car drivers. This activity aims to raise awareness of law compliance, safe driving skills and reduce traffic accidents in the area.

The Traffic Police Department's Patrol Team provided data on traffic safety and order in the first 6 months of 2025, analyzing the causes of recent accidents.

At the same time, the Traffic Police provided guidance on how to handle emergency situations, safe turning procedures, the principle of giving way and the serious consequences of drinking and driving. The training session emphasized practical application to ensure the safety of the driver, passengers and the community.

The “3 no, 4 must” model is introduced in detail as a practical code of conduct for drivers, who will be the city’s “traffic safety ambassadors” when picking up and dropping off tourists.

Specifically, the "3 no's" include: no using the phone while driving, no carrying more people than the prescribed number, no using alcohol, stimulants or drugs while participating in traffic.

Meanwhile, the "4 musts" stipulate: must check the vehicle to ensure technical safety before operating; comply with speed regulations and pay attention to surroundings; reduce speed at intersections; must ask for the right of way and turn on turn signals properly when changing direction.

These rules not only help drivers avoid violations but also contribute to building a civilized and professional traffic culture.

In the Hoi An ancient town area, Thang Binh Traffic Police Station (under the Traffic Police Department of the City Police) said that it had promoted and organized 3 electric vehicle businesses and all drivers to sign a commitment to strictly implement regulations on traffic safety and order. This is a specific step in a series of activities of the Traffic Police Department to ensure traffic safety in Da Nang .

The leader of the Traffic Police Department of Da Nang City Police said that for a city that possesses many tourism resources and attracts millions of domestic and foreign visitors, promoting and building traffic culture among drivers is an important activity.

“These will be ambassadors for traffic safety, contributing to building a beautiful image of a livable city, an impressive destination in the hearts of tourists.

Therefore, the Traffic Police Department wishes to update knowledge of traffic laws, creating a foundation to contribute to building a safe and healthy traffic environment.

At the same time, the drivers' commitments are the basis for combining with patrolling, controlling, and strictly handling violations," shared a representative of the Traffic Police Department.
