Viktor wore the U23 Vietnam team jersey for the first time to participate in an international tournament, but quickly caught up and integrated with the team thanks to knowing how to improve his Vietnamese.

What’s important is how we perform in the 90 minutes. Hopefully U23 Vietnam can settle the match in regulation time, and if it has to go into a penalty shootout, there’s nothing to worry about.”

The final match between U23 Vietnam and U23 Indonesia will take place at 8:00 p.m. on July 29 at Gelora Bung Karno Stadium (Jakarta). This is the third consecutive time U23 Vietnam has participated in the final match of the tournament, after winning the championship twice in 2022 and 2023.
