Over the past 2 years, trade unions at all levels in the province have been proactive and creative in their activities, building annual thematic plans according to regulations, making studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style a voluntary and regular activity of cadres, union members and workers. In particular, associated with the emulation movements "Good worker, creative worker", "Good consultant, good service", emulation "Good teaching - Good learning", "Good at school work, good at housework", the campaign "Cadres, civil servants and public employees say no to negativity"...

At the same time, trade unions at all levels regularly organize dialogues at the workplace, listen to the thoughts, aspirations, and pressing issues, and prevent unfavorable disputes from occurring among union members and employees. Increase participation with competent authorities in inspecting and supervising the implementation of legal policies at enterprises, and recommend competent authorities to consider and resolve difficulties and problems related to labor policies and regimes. Currently, 218 enterprises in the province have signed Collective Labor Agreements, with more favorable terms for employees.

Along with that, through models and activities such as the program "Improving welfare and benefits for union members and employees", more than 8,500 union members and employees have benefited from the programs, with a value of more than 2.2 billion VND; giving more than 8,800 gifts with a total value of nearly 3.8 billion VND on the occasion of "Tet Sum Vay"... Through studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, there has been a change in self-cultivation and training, contributing to building the working class and building a clean and strong Party.
