5 urgent tasks that need to be implemented immediately

Concluding the conference, the Minister proposed 5 key tasks that need to be implemented immediately to ensure the effective restructuring process:

1. Thoroughly grasp and strictly implement new regulations: All units need to continue to thoroughly grasp Resolution 18-NQ/TW, Decree 40/2025/ND-CP and the Minister's decisions on functions, powers, and organizational structure. In particular, the transfer and appointment of officials must be carried out quickly and in accordance with principles to ensure continuity in operations.

2. Promptly hand over facilities, documents and assets: Merging units need to quickly complete the handover process to ensure continuity in operations. The handover must be carried out transparently, avoiding loss of state assets and ensuring uninterrupted work. At the same time, financial and asset handover processes need to be closely monitored to avoid negativity and waste.

3. Review and adjust work plans: Each unit needs to review and adjust its work program to suit the new organizational structure. The assignment of tasks must be clear and specific, avoiding overlapping or omission of responsibilities. This not only helps units operate more effectively but also contributes to the economic growth target of 8% in 2025 and reaching double digits from 2026 onwards. In addition, units need to proactively propose initiatives and solutions to improve operational efficiency.

4. Perfecting the Party organization in sync with the new organizational structure: Units need to review and adjust the Party organization work, carefully prepare for the Party Cell and Party Congress according to the direction of the superiors. Perfecting the Party organization not only ensures synchronization but also helps to enhance the leadership role in the process of implementing important tasks, creating a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the Ministry.

5. Do a good job of ideological work for cadres and civil servants: Ensure internal stability by focusing on ideological work, helping cadres, civil servants and public employees understand the meaning of organizational arrangement, creating motivation to work and promoting a sense of responsibility. In particular, it is necessary to emphasize the spirit of "promoting self-awareness in building, sharing and giving in for the common cause," helping relevant individuals to have a high consensus with the decisions of the Ministry.
