On the afternoon of January 24, the Provincial Association for the Support of the Disabled and Orphans, together with Venerable Thich Dao Te - Abbot of Chang Dong Pagoda (Viet Tri City) and monks, nuns and Buddhists, came to give Tet gifts to patients in difficult circumstances who are being treated at the Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital and the Provincial General Hospital.

Venerable Thich Dao Te - Abbot of Chang Dong Pagoda presents Tet gifts to disadvantaged pediatric patients being treated at the Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital.

At the program, the patients were visited and encouraged by the leaders of the Provincial Association for the Protection of the Disabled and Orphans, Venerable Thich Dao Te, monks, nuns, and Buddhists, and given 200 Tet gifts, each worth 300,000 VND, with a total value of 60 million VND.

Leaders of the Provincial Association for the Support of the Disabled and Orphans and Venerable Thich Dao Te - Abbot of Chang Dong Pagoda presented Tet gifts to disadvantaged patients being treated at the Provincial General Hospital.

This is a practical activity, showing the concern, sympathy and sharing of the Association for the Protection of the Disabled and Orphans of the province and the monks, nuns and Buddhists of Chang Dong Pagoda with patients in difficult circumstances. Thereby, encouraging and giving them more strength to overcome their circumstances and the pain of illness, to be assured of treatment, to quickly recover their health, and to welcome a warmer and more fulfilling Tet.
