At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Border Guard Command informed about the activities of the flag raising ceremony and inauguration of the A Pa Chai Flagpole in Sin Thau commune, Muong Nhe district. The delegates requested the Provincial Border Guard Command to develop a plan and create favorable conditions for reporters from central and local press agencies to work at the ceremony.

Representatives of Dien Bien District People's Committee discussed and clarified the content reported by the press.

Delegates also focused on discussing and requesting the leaders of Dien Bien Phu City People's Committee; Dien Bien District and the Department of Construction to clarify a number of issues that the press is interested in and reflects, such as: The current situation of the provincial stadium and surrounding roads being deeply flooded after heavy rain; the problem of illegal construction of a spontaneous market on more than 2,500 square meters of rice land; the problem of construction affecting the canal system and the problem of air pollution from a carpentry workshop operating in the middle of a residential area, seriously affecting the lives of some households.

Regarding the propaganda orientation for May 2025, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department requested press and media agencies to focus on disseminating: Results of the implementation of resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels, term 2020 - 2025; disseminating the results of the 11th Conference of the Party Central Committee, term XIII; disseminating the implementation of Conclusion No. 137, Conclusion No. 138 of the Politburo and the Secretariat on the Project on rearranging and reorganizing administrative units at all levels and building a 2-level local government organization model;
