In a solemn and meaningful atmosphere, in his welcoming speech at the concert, Vietnamese Ambassador to Singapore Tran Phuoc Anh expressed that music, especially classical chamber music, has a magical power - connecting souls, overcoming all distances and borders. Just like music, the friendship between Vietnam and Singapore has been built over the past 50 years, on a solid foundation of trust, understanding and a common aspiration for peace, development and prosperity. Ambassador Tran Phuoc Anh emphasized that the two countries' official upgrading of relations to Comprehensive Strategic Partnership is an important step forward, reflecting a new height in bilateral cooperation. This not only brings great opportunities in the fields of economics, trade, investment, education, science and technology, but also creates a strong driving force to promote the connection between the two peoples. In the emotional musical space, the Ambassador hopes that each melody will be a good wish for the Vietnam - Singapore relationship: increasingly deeper, more effective and sustainable.
