Mr. Prak Sokhonn expressed his joy at visiting Vietnam, thanked the General Secretary for his reception, and congratulated Vietnam on the important achievements it has made in recent times, especially in Party building, socio-economic development, expanding foreign relations and international integration, in which he highly appreciated the foreign policy and diplomacy of "Vietnam's bamboo tree".

Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the CPP Foreign Affairs Committee emphasized the successful results and significance of the election of the 7th National Assembly in Cambodia, the establishment of a new Government, the consolidation of the Party and government apparatus, and the socio-economic development situation and implementation of Cambodia's foreign affairs.
