Speaking at the conference, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized the significance, importance and necessity of issuing new resolutions, regulations, decisions and conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat in the current new situation. He requested that after the conference, Party committees and organizations at all levels seriously grasp and effectively implement the leadership and direction of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee; raise awareness, spirit, responsibility and concretize in performing the political tasks of their organizations, agencies and units. If difficulties and problems arise during the implementation process, they should promptly advise, report and propose to competent authorities for consideration, guidance and direction to resolve them.

* On the same day, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises organized an online conference to study and learn resolutions, regulations, decisions and conclusions of the 13th Politburo and Secretariat.
