On the occasion of welcoming the new spring of Giap Thin 2024, he sent his best wishes to the Provincial Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha and all dignitaries, monks, nuns, and Buddhists in the province to celebrate the traditional New Year in peace, happiness, and joy, imbued with the love of religion with the motto of living "good life, beautiful religion", continuing to accompany the province to join hands to build the homeland of Ninh Thuan to develop more and more.
