Successfully organize the 8th National Press Award Ceremony on Party Building (Golden Hammer and Sickle) - 2023, thereby continuing to promote the role of press agencies, cadres, Party members, and people in contributing ideas to Party building, building the political system, contributing to consolidating and enhancing people's trust in the Party, the State, and the regime. Regularly innovate working methods, styles, routines, and manners, increase the application of information technology, and have a number of effective ways to advise on Party building and organization work. Timely exchange and answer questions to help remove difficulties, obstacles, and make recommendations and proposals from Party committees and organizations at all levels.

Concluding the conference, the Standing Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee requested that in the coming time, the entire sector focus on implementing projects and tasks assigned by the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, sub-committees serving the 14th National Party Congress and Party committees at all levels to ensure progress and quality. In particular, focus on advising on 4 contents serving the 9th Central Conference (term XIII); advising on reviewing the planning of the Central Executive Committee (term XIV) for the 2026 - 2031 term; researching and completing 9 projects and tasks to submit to the Politburo and the Secretariat in the second quarter of 2024... Continue to effectively implement the resolutions and conclusions of the Central Executive Committee (term XIII) on Party building and organization work. Party committees at all levels continue to advise on arranging the apparatus in the streamlined political system to operate effectively and efficiently. Complete the development of job descriptions and competency frameworks for cadres, civil servants, and public employees of agencies, public service units of the Party, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations at the provincial and district levels. Continue to implement the arrangement of the organization and apparatus of specialized agencies to advise and assist the provincial and municipal Party Committees directly under the Central Government and arrange and assign cadres after implementing the policy of arranging administrative units at the district and commune levels in the period 2023 - 2030. Implement synchronously and closely all stages of cadre work. Coordinate to grasp the internal political situation, perform well the work of assessing political standards of cadres according to decentralization. Continue to perform well the regular tasks, build a clean and strong Party building organization.

Also at the conference, delegates listened to the leaders of the Central Organizing Committee disseminate the contents of Regulation No. 137-QD/TW dated December 1, 2023 of the Secretariat on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of specialized agencies to advise and assist provincial and municipal Party Committees directly under the Central Committee; Regulation No. 138-QD/TW dated December 1, 2023 of the Secretariat on the functions, tasks, and working relationships of Party committees and grassroots Party cells of agencies; Instruction No. 26-HD/BTCTW dated November 30, 2023 of the Central Organizing Committee on the implementation of the arrangement of organizations, cadres, civil servants, and public employees of Party agencies, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations in localities implementing the arrangement of district- and commune-level administrative units for the period 2023 - 2030.
