Specifically as follows:

1. Regarding goods under investigation/ application of anti-dumping tax

- Investigated goods: photovoltaic cells assembled in a module or arranged in panels, commonly called solar batteries, classified under HS code 8541.43.00.00.00.

2. Anti-dumping tax rate and application period

The tax rate is effective from September 27, 2024.

Previously, on November 29, 2023, DGI initiated an investigation against the evasion of anti-dumping measures on solar panels originating or imported from Croatia, Jordan, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam, with allegations of evasion of anti-dumping duties currently applied to China.
