Accordingly, exercising in high temperatures to adapt to the heat brings various benefits, including better blood flow to the skin, thereby helping to increase the rate of sweating. The evaporation of sweat on the skin has the effect of cooling the skin surface and reducing body temperature.

Associate Professor Jason Lee from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine at the National University of Singapore recommends that the body needs to be in a certain level of health to start exercising this way. It is necessary to start exercising in a cooler environment to establish a basic physical health, before moving on to exercises in a hot environment. In addition to outdoor exercise, soaking in hot springs or saunas and sweating in hot yoga can also help people acclimatize to the temperature if done properly.

However, experts recommend that people with chronic illnesses such as diabetes and heart disease consult their doctors before engaging in such activities.
