At the seminar "Working to unite and gather young intellectuals", delegates from both countries said that young talents must become the "pillars" of scientific and technological innovation. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen ideological guidance, build an ideal foundation, and firmly believe in revolutionary ethics for young intellectuals.

In addition, it is necessary to increase awards, scholarships, and funds for developing young talents, and expand the scope of rewards and honors so that many young people in various fields are recognized and encouraged.

At the seminar “Vietnamese and Chinese youth share opportunities and challenges in technology and innovation startups”, youth delegates from both countries spread the idea of the Vietnamese and Chinese startup community. From this foundation, the two countries will focus on a number of strategic pillars of cooperation such as technology, investment, human resource exchange and market sharing. Thereby, promoting deep friendship, building a dynamic, courageous, daring to think, daring to do, and steadfastly pioneering Vietnamese and Chinese youth in the digital age.

Previously, within the framework of the program, 87 Chinese youth delegates attending the 24th Vietnam-China Youth Friendship Meeting in 2025 laid wreaths and visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum. The delegation participated in experiencing the rural market and watched the Quintessence of the North live show in Sai Son commune, Quoc Oai district, Hanoi.

With the theme "Vietnamese - Chinese Youth: Firmly upholding ideals", the program has the participation of 100 Chinese youth delegates, lasting from April 13 to 18 in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and the two provinces of Quang Ninh and Ninh Binh.

This activity has been organized alternately by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth Union of China since 2000, and is now in its 24th implementation.
