To serve the online conference, the whole province has arranged over 350 connecting points with over 40,000 delegates summoned, of which the provincial level has 2 connecting points at the Provincial Party Committee hall, the Provincial People's Committee hall and connecting points at district Party Committees, city Party Committees, Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee, departments, branches, sectors, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, communes, wards and towns in the province.

According to the program, delegates will listen to Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department, disseminate the content of Regulation No. 144-QD/TW and Instructions for implementing the Regulation; Comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Department, disseminate the content of Directive No. 35-CT/TW.

The dissemination and guidance on the implementation of the contents of Regulation No. 144-QD/TW and Directive No. 35-CT/TW aim to raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees, Party organizations, cadres and Party members in implementing the Regulation and Directive. On that basis, Party committees at all levels, departments, branches and localities continue to disseminate, propagate, lead and direct the implementation of Regulation No. 144-QD/TW and Directive No. 35-CT/TW in accordance with their functions and tasks. At the same time, strengthen the fight against wrong and hostile viewpoints, distorted perceptions, push back the degradation of political ideology, ethics and lifestyle, and effectively carry out the political tasks of branches, localities, agencies and units.
