According to comrade Vo Nguyen Nam, Binh An needs to focus on multi-sector development, combining modern agriculture, trade services - eco-tourism. At the same time, mobilize resources to invest in synchronous economic - social infrastructure, urban renovation according to green growth criteria, smart urban areas; build cultural institutions, entertainment areas, improve the quality of life of the people.

According to the report at the congress, in the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Committee of Binh An commune achieved many outstanding results: the economy grew by an average of 6.5% per year; the average income per capita in 2025 is estimated at more than 72 million VND, an increase of more than 23 million VND compared to the beginning of the term; the poverty rate decreased to 0.91%.

The Party Committee of Binh An commune has led the transformation of crop and livestock structure, encouraged cooperative production models, applied science and technology, attracted businesses to invest in trade and services. Key infrastructure projects such as Cai Be and Cai Lon bridges, Ba Thang Hai road connecting the southern coastal corridor, and Cai Lon - Cai Be saltwater intrusion prevention sluice project have been completed, creating strong development momentum.
In his closing speech at the congress, Secretary of the Binh An Commune Party Committee Lam Huynh Nhan called on the entire Party Committee and people of Binh An to promote the spirit of "democracy - solidarity - innovation - creativity - development", determined to realize the goal of building Binh An into a new bright spot of An Giang province in the period of 2025 - 2030.
