On the afternoon of April 12, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) held a ceremony to launch a peak emulation campaign to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2024).

Speaking at the opening ceremony, comrade Vo Manh Son, Provincial Party Committee member, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation emphasized: In recent years, Thanh Hoa Trade Union has actively and effectively implemented emulation movements of the trade union organization and the province and has left a good impression, affirming the role and position of the trade union organization.

Emulation movements are all aimed at the grassroots level, deployed in accordance with practical conditions at each union level, each agency and enterprise; associated with the key and breakthrough political tasks of the union organization and the implementation of the year's activity theme.

In order to continue promoting and improving the effectiveness of patriotic emulation movements, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor issued Plan No. 01/KH-LĐLĐ on launching a peak emulation campaign to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2024) with the emulation theme "Innovation, creativity, emulation to bring the Resolutions of the Trade Union Congresses at all levels, the 20th Congress of Thanh Hoa Trade Union and the Resolution of the 13th Congress of Vietnam Trade Union into life, practically achieving achievements to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union".

The purpose of launching the emulation movement is to propagate, mobilize and create a vibrant atmosphere among employees and trade unions at all levels, striving to compete to improve labor productivity, work efficiency, and strive to excellently and comprehensively complete the tasks of 2024.

For the direct superior trade union and the subordinate trade union, register at least 1 project, work, or product and request the Provincial Federation of Labor to attach a sign to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union; select at least 1 grassroots trade union to organize a competition launch.

For the business sector, the organization launched a peak campaign among workers and laborers to compete in "Good labor, creative labor" with the goal of "Higher productivity, higher quality, better efficiency" to strive to complete the production and business plan targets of the enterprise in 2024 ahead of schedule.
