The final round of Mr World 2024 ended on the evening of November 23 with the victory belonging to Danny Mejía Romero - representative of Puerto Rico. The titles of 2nd and 3rd runner-up respectively belonged to the representatives of Spain and Angola.

Pham Tuan Ngoc - Vietnam's representative was named as the 1st Runner-up of Mr World 2024 with an impressive achievement when he competed with contestants from all over the world in the sub-contests such as: Top 5 Talented King, Top 12 Fashion King, Top 20 Courageous King, Top 20 Best National Costume Performance, Top 5 Charity Projects. Pham Tuan Ngoc is also the Vietnamese representative with the highest achievement in this arena.

Pham Tuan Ngoc, 1st runner-up of Mr World 2024, responded in a way that "surpassed" his opponent.

Before being named the winner of Mr World 2024, Pham Tuan Ngoc scored points in the final night of the competition thanks to his performance titled “Dance of the world”. The Hai Phong native showed off his flute playing and martial arts skills, contributing to promoting traditional Vietnamese culture.

Notably, in the behavioral rounds for the Top 10 and Top 4 of Mr World 2024, Pham Tuan Ngoc confidently answered in fluent and intelligent English. Compared to his "formidable" opponent Felipe Salvador Maria (representative of Angola) - the 3rd runner-up of Mr World 2024, the Hai Phong native did not need the help of an interpreter in this round.

In response to the behavioral question in the Top 10: "How do you use social media to bring about positive changes?", Pham Tuan Ngoc confidently answered: "We are living in a time of globalization and social media plays an important role in life. I think social media is a powerful tool to spread the voice of our young generation. If I have the opportunity to spread my voice, I will use the Mr World platform to raise awareness of each person, making a difference for our generation."

In the behavioral round for the final Top 4, Pham Tuan Ngoc confidently gave an answer in English that roughly translated as follows: “Standing in front of everyone now is just an ordinary young man. I was born and raised in a family with a humble background. I have nothing but myself, determination and belief in my dream.

A few months ago, my country, including Hai Phong City - my hometown, suffered severe consequences from Typhoon Yagi - one of the biggest typhoons in 2024. I was there and overcame, witnessed everything from the sweat, blood and tears of the Vietnamese people. But the most wonderful thing I saw was the solidarity and compassion of my people shining brighter than ever. And here I am, representing my homeland, spreading Vietnamese values ​​to everyone to understand that, even though we are in adversity, we still stand together. If I become Mr. World 2024, I will devote myself to spreading this message to everyone".

Pham Tuan Ngoc's response at the Mr World 2024 final received a round of applause from the audience who were present to watch the contest. Sharing with PV Dan Viet about the preparation process for the journey to "fight" at Mr World 2024, Pham Tuan Ngoc once revealed: "Right after being crowned Mr World Vietnam 2024, I entered a strict training process. I learned more English and improved many necessary skills. There were days when I took up to 3 different skill classes. My day ranged from going to the gym (twice a day), learning English, practicing my talents to updating current news and doing charity projects... Despite my busy schedule, I cherish this time and believe that this will be the most memorable time of my life."

Before becoming the 1st Runner-up of Mr World 2024, Pham Tuan Ngoc was crowned Mr World Vietnam 2024. The Hai Phong native graduated from the English Language Department of the Faculty of Foreign Languages ​​and Economics at the National Economics University.
