Mr. Nguyen Huy Tien is the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy.

Mr. Nguyen Huy Tien will succeed Mr. Le Minh Tri, who was recently elected by the National Assembly to hold the position of Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court .

Currently, the Supreme People's Procuracy has 4 Deputy Chief Prosecutors: Ms. Nguyen Hai Tram and Messrs. Nguyen Duy Giang, Nguyen Quang Dung, and Ta Quang Khai (Chief Prosecutor of the Central Military Procuracy).
