The demonstration and introduction of equipment and technology is part of the event Connecting Technology and Innovation in Vietnam, taking place on September 29-30 at the Fair and Exhibition, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province.

Technologies that will be showcased at the event include: smart textile and footwear materials; microchips and electronic devices; green energy; logistics and supply chain; energy storage; technology for managing and reusing raw materials and waste. In addition, new solutions in renewable energy (wind power, solar power, biomass, etc.), supply chain management systems for technology and biomedical equipment; food and pharmaceutical technology; digital healthcare; information technology; and AI applications in optimizing the production process in factories will also be introduced at the festival.

With the theme "Innovation - Sustainable Development", the event Techconnect and Innovation Vietnam 2023 is a bridge to promote investment cooperation, applied research, technology development and innovation. This is an annual event organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology, with VnExpress Newspaper as the official media unit. The program is coordinated with the People's Committee of Quang Ninh and many participating units.

This year, the event is expected to attract hundreds of businesses to showcase technology products with a scale of 200-250 booths, divided into high-tech business areas; artificial intelligence technology areas; foreign technology business areas with technology transfer needs; science and technology business areas...

According to the representative of the organizing committee, when participating in the event, businesses have many opportunities to connect and cooperate in technology transfer between businesses in Quang Ninh province with domestic and foreign businesses. In addition, there are activities to promote investment cooperation in applied research, technology development and innovation between Vietnamese businesses and foreign partners.

Techconnect and Innovation Vietnam has been held annually since 2011. This year the program is expected to attract hundreds of domestic and international enterprises, technology corporations, research institutes, and universities to demonstrate new technologies and connect for investment and research cooperation. The event is expected to gather 10,000 people from central ministries, departments, branches, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Science and Technology nationwide; representatives of organizations, corporations, and business associations in Vietnam and internationally; representatives of intermediary organizations of the science and technology market; organizations and individuals interested in participating.

The program is designed with many activities, including forums and conferences to exchange information on the topic of technology connection and innovation. In parallel, three main activities take place throughout the 2 days including: demonstration, introduction of equipment and technology; technology focus - new technology trends; consulting and connecting technology supply - demand.
