Ms. Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh expressed her surprise and satisfaction with the remarkable improvements in the industry. She commented, "From the platform to the train, the service spirit, the amenities, and the cabins have all changed very positively and interestingly." She also appreciated the convenience of modern trains, especially the high-quality trains of VNR, and considered it a very encouraging sign.

In the letter sent to the leadership and all officers and employees on the train, the former Vice President did not forget to express his thanks and wish the railway industry to continue to receive the love and attention from passengers, and to increasingly innovate the quality of services.

In recent years, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic, VNR has continuously strived to innovate and provide high-quality products to meet the needs of passengers. Trains such as SE19/20, the Central Heritage Connection Train, and the Da Lat Night Cruise have received a warm welcome from the people.

Notably, the SE22 train is a high-quality train running the Saigon - Da Nang route, which has just been put into operation by the Vietnam Railway Corporation since the April 30 holiday this year. With many new amenities, the SE22 train has brought an interesting and comfortable experience to passengers.

This innovation not only improves service quality but also affirms the position of the railway industry in meeting the increasing needs of the people. Hopefully, with its continuous efforts, VNR will continue to reap more success in the future.
