On March 15, at My Dinh National Stadium (Hanoi), T&T Group and SHB Bank successfully organized the T&T - SHB Cultural Festival 2025 with the inspiring message: "Steadfastly entering the new era".

The event was organized in the format of the Olympic Games opening ceremony, with the participation of more than 15,000 people, representing 80,000 employees in the T&T Group - SHB system, in which priority was given to workers directly involved in production at home and abroad. This is a concrete proof that the private economy, typically T&T and SHB - always puts people as the subject, considering comprehensive human resource development as the foundation to create practical values ​​for businesses and the community.

An iconic highlight of the T&T - SHB Cultural Festival is the fire-requesting ceremony and torch-carrying ceremony from Hung Temple - the symbol of the nation's origin. The sacred fire was welcomed from the Ancestral Land, passed down through generations of leaders and employees of T&T - SHB and lit at the fire station at My Dinh Stadium, becoming a meaningful mark for the commitment of T&T Group and SHB in the journey of building and developing the country. The moment when more than 15,000 people sang the National Anthem together, setting a new Vietnamese record, demonstrating the continuation of traditional values ​​and the spirit of innovation of the private enterprise sector.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Do Quang Hien - Executive Chairman of T&T Group, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SHB Bank - shared the message "Steadfastly entering the new era" to more than 80,000 officers and employees in the system. Accordingly, he emphasized patriotism, national spirit, always looking back to the country's roots, gratitude and appreciation to our ancestors, heroic martyrs, heroic Vietnamese mothers, gratitude to the community - those who have been creating conditions for us to have today's development.
