The People's Procuracy focuses on inspecting and examining key and sensitive areas.

According to the report of the Inspectorate of the Supreme People's Procuracy, since the beginning of the year, the inspection and examination work of the entire Procuracy sector has achieved many outstanding results. In particular, all aspects of work have been implemented synchronously and comprehensively, demonstrating an active role in advising and assisting leaders of the Procuracy at all levels in directing, operating and supervising the implementation of political tasks of each unit.

Specifically, the entire industry conducted 1,688 inspections and checks, of which the Supreme People's Procuracy Inspectorate alone conducted 11.

This figure not only demonstrates the industry's initiative and determination in strengthening internal control but also reflects the expansion and diversification of inspection and examination forms.

One of the notable highlights is the clear change in the quality of inspections and examinations; focusing on key and sensitive contents such as management and use of public finance and assets; investigation, prosecution and trial activities; personnel organization and enforcement of public discipline.

The issued inspection and examination conclusions have high legal validity, clearly indicating the causes, responsibilities and proposing radical solutions.

In addition, the work of receiving citizens and handling complaints and denunciations has also achieved many positive results. All complaints and denunciations are considered and resolved thoroughly, in accordance with the law and with reason and emotion, helping to protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens and making an important contribution to maintaining security, order and social stability.

These achievements are clear evidence of the tireless efforts and dedication of the staff working in the inspection and examination sector of the People's Procuracy over the past time.

Regarding the direction and tasks in the coming time, the entire Inspectorate of the People's Procuracy will continue to effectively implement the inspection plan for 2025, ensuring progress and quality; strengthen inspection of responsibilities, and promptly conduct surprise inspections when there are signs of violations.

At the same time, continue to improve the quality of citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement, ensuring timely and legal compliance; rectify discipline and order in reporting and information exchange; proactively advise the Supreme People's Procuracy leadership on solutions to improve management effectiveness and efficiency.
