The award is part of the 2024 Listed Company Awards (VLCA) jointly organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE), the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) and Investment Newspaper.

As one of the most prestigious annual awards for listed companies in Vietnam, the VLCA 2024 jury scored 96 listed companies on HoSE according to a strict and objective evaluation process conducted by a voting panel consisting of leading experts in the fields of finance, accounting and corporate governance.

The award recognizes annual reports that are outstanding in structure, content, compliance with best practices, and design and presentation. It also demonstrates the bank’s efforts to increase transparency in information disclosure, focus on social and environmental factors in parallel with business, and strictly adhere to best corporate governance principles.

Presented in detail with clear data, MSB's 2023 Annual Report provides readers with a general to specific perspective on aspects such as general information about the bank, operations in 2023, goals and strategic directions for 2024, Board of Directors' assessment, sustainable development report, etc.

Business analysis and financial reports according to IFRS standards with full content and close links help readers better grasp the financial situation, operations and management of the bank.

In particular, 2024 is the second year that MSB has included information on the bank's business activities that directly and indirectly impact the environment, society and governance (ESG) as a component of its annual report. The bank also publishes a Sustainability Report independent of the Annual Report according to the international standards GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) of the Global Reporting Initiative, incorporating the 17 sustainable development goals of the United Nations.
