Kinhtedothi-On January 10, a working delegation of Hanoi City led by Standing Committee Member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan visited and presented gifts to Heroic Vietnamese Mother Nguyen Thi Cuu and families of policy beneficiaries and war invalids in Dai Ang and Ngoc Hoi communes, Thanh Tri district.
Joining the delegation were Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of Thanh Tri District People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Phong.
Accordingly, the delegation visited and presented gifts to the family of Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Cuu (born in 1934) in Vinh Trung village, Dai Ang commune; visited the family of Mrs. Nhan Thi Thap (born in 1944), wife of Martyr Pham Ngoc Thuan (born in 1934), who died in 1979 at battlefield K (Cambodia), in Team 7, Ngoc Hoi commune; visited the family of Mr. Nguyen Kim Nam (born in 1951), a 21% disabled soldier, in Dai Ang village, Dai Ang commune.
At each place he visited, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan expressed his respect for the dedication and sacrifice of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, war invalids, and families of policy beneficiaries in the struggle to protect the Fatherland and build the country today.
On the occasion of welcoming the Spring of At Ty 2025, on behalf of the city leaders, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan wished Heroic Vietnamese Mother Nguyen Thi Cuu and families of policy beneficiaries good health, a peaceful and prosperous New Year and continued to encourage their children and grandchildren to participate in building their homeland and country. At the same time, the city leaders also requested the Party Committee and the Thanh Tri district government to continue to pay more attention, show gratitude and take better care of families of policy beneficiaries in both material and spiritual life.
Touched by the timely attention and encouragement of the leaders of Hanoi City and Thanh Tri District, Mr. Nguyen Kim Nam, born in 1951, a 21% war invalid, expressed his deep gratitude and promised to continue to set a good example in teaching his children and grandchildren to study and work well to together build an increasingly civilized and prosperous homeland.
