Disciplinary action against many leaders in Ninh Thuan

At the recent 42nd meeting of the Central Inspection Commission, after reviewing the inspection results when there were signs of violations and the review results, proposing disciplinary action against the Party Executive Committee of the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan province, the Central Inspection Commission found that .

The Party Executive Committee of the Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee violated the principle of democratic centralism and working regulations; lacked responsibility and loosened leadership and direction, allowing the Provincial People's Committee and many organizations and individuals to violate Party regulations and State laws in implementing wind power and solar power projects and construction investment projects.

The above violations have caused serious consequences, risking large losses of the state budget, causing bad public opinion, reducing the prestige of the Party organization and local government, to the point of requiring consideration and disciplinary action.

The main responsibility for the above violations and shortcomings belongs to the Party Committee of Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee for the 2016-2021 term and Mr. Luu Xuan Vinh, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee .

Mr. Pham Van Hau, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former member of the Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Phan Tan Canh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Ninh Hai District Party Committee, former member of the Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee .

There are also Mr. Pham Dong, former Provincial Party Committee member, Party Committee Secretary, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment; Nguyen Van Truong, former Provincial Party Committee member, Party Committee Secretary, Director of the Department of Finance; Bui Anh Tuan, former Party Committee Secretary, Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and a number of other party organizations and party members.

Considering the content, nature, level, consequences, and causes of the violation; based on the Party's regulations, the Central Inspection Commission decided to impose disciplinary action: Warning on the Party Executive Committee of the Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee for the 2016-2021 term and Mr. Luu Xuan Vinh.

Disciplinary action against the Party Committees of the Departments of Planning and Investment, Finance, Construction, Natural Resources and Environment for the 2015-2020 term and Mr. Pham Van Hau, Phan Tan Canh, Pham Dong, Nguyen Van Truong, Bui Anh Tuan; Le Ngoc Thach, former Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

The Central Inspection Commission requested the Standing Committee of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee to seriously review and draw profound lessons; lead and direct the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to promptly overcome the violations and shortcomings pointed out; consider and handle the responsibilities of organizations and individuals with violations according to their authority.

Proposal to discipline Deputy Head of Central Internal Affairs Commission

The Central Inspection Committee also reviewed the Report on the results of the investigation, verification and proposed disciplinary action against Mr. Nguyen Van Yen, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Internal Affairs Commission .

The conclusion shows that Mr. Nguyen Van Yen lacked self-cultivation and training, degraded in political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle; violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks .

In addition, Mr. Yen also violated regulations on what party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing very serious consequences, public outrage, and negatively affecting the reputation of the party organization, agency, and work unit, to the point that disciplinary action must be considered.

Based on Party regulations, the Central Inspection Committee recommends that competent authorities consider and discipline Mr. Nguyen Van Yen .
