Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee has just issued an official dispatch informing the results of disciplinary action against 7 party organizations and 19 party members authorized by the Central Inspection Commission.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee decided to discipline the Party Cell of Lai Chau City Finance and Planning Department for the 2015-2020 term; the Party Cell of Lai Chau City Project Management Board for the 2015-2020 term; the Standing Committee of Tan Phong Ward Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term; the Party Cell of Lai Chau City Urban Management Department for the 2015-2020 term and Head of Lai Chau City Department of Natural Resources and Environment Luu Van Dong.

The Standing Committee of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee issued a disciplinary warning to the Party Committee of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment for the 2015-2020 term; the Party Cell of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Lai Chau City for the 2015-2020 term; and the Party Cell of the Land Fund Development Center of Lai Chau City for the 2015-2020 term.

In addition, the Standing Committee of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee disciplined 17 individuals with warnings, including: Nguyen Quang Tiep (former Director of Lai Chau Provincial Statistics Office), Vu Manh Khiet (Deputy Director of Lai Chau Provincial Statistics Office), Do Van Tinh (Deputy Director of Lai Chau Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment), Doan Thi Lan (Director of Lai Chau Provincial Social Insurance), Ngo Xuan Dang (Director of Lai Chau City Land Fund Development Center).

Dam Vu Hung (Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Lai Chau city), Vu Thi Hao (Head of the Department of Finance and Planning of Lai Chau city), Lai Ngoc Minh (Deputy Director of Social Insurance of Sin Ho district), Nguyen Van Phuong (Director of the Project Management Board of Lai Chau city).

Tran Thi Ngát (Head of Lai Chau City's Internal Affairs Department), Khuc Van Phong (Deputy Head of Lai Chau City's Urban Management Department), Do Khanh Toan (Head of Lai Chau Province's Social Insurance Appraisal Department), Hoang Manh Luc (officer of Lai Chau Province's Cultural and Artistic Center), Tran Do Dai (civil servant of Lai Chau Province's Tax Department).

Hoang Gia Long (director of the Drug Rehabilitation Center under the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Lai Chau province), Tran Huy Hao (former deputy chief of office of the Social Insurance of Lai Chau province), Chu Thanh Minh (deputy head of the Mass Mobilization Committee of Lai Chau City Party Committee).

The Standing Committee of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee also decided to expel Ms. Nguyen Hong Tuoi from the Party. During her tenure as Head of Notary Office No. 1, Ms. Tuoi was directly responsible for notarizing land use rights transfer contracts and power of attorney of 7 groups of households and individuals that were not in accordance with the actual time.

Ms. Tuoi falsified the time (day, month, year) to create conditions for households to take advantage of compensation, support, and resettlement policies in two land acquisition projects of the city, violating the 2015 Notary Law.
