At the conference, delegates focused on discussing, supplementing and contributing many opinions to the draft documents related to the emulation activities of the bloc. After agreeing on the contents, representatives of the leaders of the agencies and units under the bloc signed the emulation covenant for 2024, focusing on implementing well the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, performing assigned political tasks, building strong agencies and units; performing well the administrative reform work; actively participating in gratitude and social security activities; responding to and implementing well the emulation movement launched by the central government, the province, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies - Enterprises bloc and activities organized by the Emulation Bloc of Central Agencies.
