The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism presides over the implementation of the Comprehensive Research Program of the Roc Tung - Go Da Archaeological Site, An Khe Old Stone, in coordination with relevant departments and branches to propose a specific task framework, quantify the contents to ensure the spirit of "6 clear" (clear person doing - clear work - clear time - clear responsibility - clear results - clear authority), avoiding overlapping tasks between the presiding agency and the coordinating agency.

Advise on the proposal to build a dossier to request UNESCO to recognize the Roc Tung - Go Da Archaeological Complex, An Khe Old Stone as a World Heritage Site. The management of the Roc Tung - Go Da relic must ensure compliance with the provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage.

The Department of Science and Technology will take the lead in implementing tasks related to research activities at the Roc Tung - Go Da National Special Monument. At the same time, it will proactively contact units under the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, and the Institute of Archaeology for guidance in developing the research content of the Program.

In addition, connect with the International Center for Interdisciplinary Science and Education Company Limited (ICISE Center) to invite domestic and foreign scientists to participate in consulting and supporting the implementation of scientific and technological tasks and contents related to the Program.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment is responsible for coordinating and guiding An Binh Ward and Cuu An Commune to review, update and supplement the planning and land use plan according to the Land Law as a basis for developing the Program in accordance with regulations.
