The project has a total investment of 67 billion VND on an area of ​​over 3.4 hectares. In the coming time, when the infrastructure project of Dai Rai lake park, the system of cultural houses, sports fields... is completed, it will create a series of works to organize political and cultural events of the town, at the same time being a place for community activities, serving the spiritual needs of the people.

Along with the town's central square, the Hong Linh Town Belt Road project (from National Highway 8 to Tien Son Street) with a length of nearly 3 km, with a total investment of 150 billion VND is under construction; the investment project to upgrade and expand Nguyen Thiep Street with a total investment of 200 billion VND has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee for investment policy... will be a strong driving force contributing to completing the urban picture of Hong Linh.

In 2023, along with the construction of works and projects to promote the expansion of urban space, Hong Linh Town has mobilized and effectively used construction investment resources, focusing on urban beautification. Walking on the upgraded and expanded asphalt roads of Thuan Loc Commune, we feel the new urban space in the land considered the "cradle" of the revolution in Hong Linh Town.

Mr. Bui Quang Liem - Chairman of Thuan Loc Commune People's Committee said: "With the goal of building Thuan Loc commune into a ward by 2025, in 2023, the commune will complete the investment in the construction of 44 roads with a total length of more than 7.4 km with a total cost of 11.8 billion VND, of which the people contributed 2.9 billion VND. Up to now, Thuan Loc commune has achieved 12/17 criteria to become a ward".

In 2023, Hong Linh Town started construction and completed 57/63 urban beautification projects with a total investment of about 25.6 billion VND. These projects have helped the town change and create new development opportunities. To date, Hong Linh Town has achieved 55/63 criteria for a type III urban area, with a total score of 72.56 points (an increase of 2 criteria compared to the beginning of 2023).

Mr. Nguyen Huy Hung - Chairman of the Town People's Committee said: "The locality determines the direction and goal for the 2020-2025 term as "building Hong Linh Town to truly become a socio-economic center, a core urban area in the chain of urban areas in the North of the province, and at the same time one of the three key economic development corridors of the province".

That goal is even more drastic when the Ha Tinh Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, determines that Hong Linh Town will have a North Hong Linh Industrial Park. This is a major and important orientation for the town to strongly develop urban industry in the coming years.

In 2024, Hong Linh Town will focus on completing traffic infrastructure projects, urban embellishment works; completing the Project to Adjust the Town's General Planning to 2045, scale 1/10,000. At the same time, effectively organize the implementation of the approved Town Urban Development Project and Land Use Planning to 2030; coordinate to guide and support businesses in investing in the construction of technical infrastructure for Cong Khanh 3 Industrial Cluster and Bac Hong Linh Industrial Park.

In addition, complete the plan to build wards that meet urban civilized standards; implement the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels according to the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee and the plan of the Provincial People's Committee.

In the warm spring, Hong Linh town seems to be filled with new vitality. The projects and works bring more confidence and hope for the Party Committee, the government and the people to continue joining hands to build the town to new heights, soon becoming a socio-economic center, a core urban area in the chain of northern urban areas of the province.
