TCBS will implement a plan to increase capital by offering individual shares to Techcombank with an amount of more than VND 10,000 billion in 2023. Currently, TCBS's capital safety ratio is always among the top securities companies, and much higher than the regulation of 220%. In December 2022, TCBS signed a syndicated unsecured loan contract worth 125 million USD (about 2,900 billion VND), bringing the total value of international capital market mobilization to more than 300 million USD in the past year. TCBS promotes the diversification of unsecured loan sources from foreign institutions, which are considered more stable and long-term despite strict criteria.

In addition, TCBS announced many preferential policies to support customers such as Zero Fee: free trading of stocks, derivatives, warrants and listed fund certificates for both new customers and customers who already have accounts at TCBS; diverse margin loan packages with interest rates from only 0.5%/year.
