Ha Tinh allocated 24 billion VND from the budget from the new rural policy source to reward communes that met new rural standards, advanced new rural standards, and model new rural standards in the first phase of 2023.

Council members voted and proposed the Provincial People's Committee to recognize 15 communes meeting the standards of New Rural Area, Advanced New Rural Area, and Model New Rural Area in the first phase of 2023.

Accordingly, the provincial budget will allocate VND 24 billion from the NTM policy source (in Section 11, Part II, Appendix No. 02 issued with Decision No. 2726/QD-UBND dated December 30, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee) to reward communes that meet NTM, advanced NTM, and model NTM standards in the first phase of 2023 according to Decision No. 2292/QD-UBND dated September 13, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee as proposed by the Department of Finance in Document No. 5154/STC-NSHX dated November 24, 2023.

2 communes meet NTM standards (each commune is awarded 1 billion VND), including: Huong Lam, Huong Lien (Huong Khe district).

8 communes that met the advanced NTM standards (each commune was awarded 1.5 billion VND), including: Ky Thu (Ky Anh district); Ky Ha (Ky Anh town); Cam Due (Cam Xuyen district); Viet Tien, Thach Kenh (Thach Ha district); Vuong Loc (Can Loc), Quang Vinh, Truong Son (Duc Tho district).

5 communes that met the model NTM standards (each commune was awarded 2 billion VND), including: Ky Chau (Ky Anh district); Cam Vinh (Cam Xuyen district); Yen Ho, Lam Trung Thuy, Thanh Binh Thinh (Duc Tho district).

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance, the Provincial State Treasury and relevant agencies to allocate and disburse capital in a timely manner and in accordance with regulations.

The People's Committees of districts, towns and communes are responsible for managing and using the reward fund according to prescribed regulations.

The Departments of Finance, Planning and Investment, Agriculture and Rural Development, and the Provincial New Rural Development Coordination Office, according to their functions and tasks, organize inspection, supervision and guidance for localities in implementation.
