Giving an overview of the situation of the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park Management Board Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Le Xuan Dinh said that the current Hoa Lac High-Tech Park Management Board Party Committee was originally a subordinate party cell, then a grassroots party cell under the Party Committee of Science and Technology. Through the development process, in July 2021, it was upgraded to the grassroots Party Committee of the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park Management Board under the Party Committee of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Currently, the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park Management Board Party Committee consists of 5 party cells and 90 party members.

Along with the process of building and developing Hoa Lac High-Tech Park, the Party Committee of the Management Board has always focused on political and ideological education, organizing learning, strictly implementing the Party's policies, guidelines, resolutions, directives, and the State's laws and policies. The Party Committee of the Board has always performed well as a political nucleus, leading cadres, party members and workers to overcome many difficulties and challenges.

Deputy Minister Le Xuan Dinh believes that the transfer of the Party Committee of the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park Management Board to the Party Committee of the Hanoi City Agencies Bloc will create more favorable conditions for the development of the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park in the coming time. Under the leadership of the Hanoi Party Committee and the Party Committee of the Hanoi City Agencies Bloc, the Party Committee of the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park Management Board will continue to promote its achievements, successfully carry out its assigned tasks, and make an important contribution to the overall development of the city.

At the ceremony, the representative of the Central Agencies Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the Decision of the Central Agencies Party Committee to transfer the Party Committee of Hoa Lac High-Tech Park Management Board to the Hanoi City Agencies Party Committee. At the same time, the Hanoi City Agencies Party Committee's Organizing Committee also announced the Decision to receive the Party organization and Party members under the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park Management Board Party Committee.

Speaking at the ceremony, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen acknowledged the efforts of the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park Management Board, as well as the Party Committee of the Management Board over the past 20 years. At the same time, she affirmed the viewpoint and responsibility of the Hanoi Party Committee with the model of the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park Management Board.

According to Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen, the Hanoi Party Committee is currently the largest Party Committee in the country with over 482,000 members, 50 grassroots Party Committees and 3,172 grassroots Party organizations. The Party Committee of the City's Agencies alone has 64 grassroots Party organizations, with nearly 8,200 members. The City Party Committee is ready to create all conditions for the Party Committee of the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park Management Board to operate.

On that basis, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee suggested that, immediately after the reception ceremony, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the City's agencies should start updating the instructions and deploying the tasks of the Party Committee of the Bloc to the Party Committee of the Management Board. In particular, it is necessary to update the Party member database and update the Party member handbook with the Party Committee of the Management Board. Along with that, review the tasks of the Party Committee of the Bloc from now until the end of the year and deploy political tasks.

For the Party Committee of the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park Management Board, it is necessary to review the job positions and functions of specialized departments. If necessary, it is possible to establish centers under the Board to have public service units to implement new ideas and issues of the Board. Continue to organize the implementation of key tasks according to the 2024 Work Plan, strive to complete the targets and tasks to prepare for the assessment and summary of the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congress of the Management Board for the 2020-2025 term.

In addition, the Party Committee of the Committee continues to base on the regulations of the Central Committee to implement Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW "on strengthening and building grassroots party organizations and improving the quality of party members". Improve the quality of party cell activities according to Project No. 11-DA/TU of the City Party Committee on "Improving the quality of party cell activities under the Hanoi Party Committee in the new situation" and Resolution No. 07-NQ/DUK of the Party Committee of the Bloc on "Improving the quality of party cell activities under the Party Committee of the Bloc in the period of 2021-2025.
