According to the forecast, from 2:00 p.m. on July 14, in the next 3-6 hours, the average rainfall will range from 20-40mm, some places may exceed 70mm. Heavy rain can cause flooding with an average depth of 15-20cm, some key streets may be flooded deeper, from 20-40cm.

The meteorological agency said flooding only occurs during periods of heavy rain and is expected to recede within 30-60 minutes after the rain stops.
