Fujifilm Vietnam strives to support the application of science and technology in patient service in the Vietnamese healthcare sector.
This is an upgraded version of the Artificial Intelligence Solution applied to lower gastrointestinal endoscopy, which is currently widely used in major hospitals in European and Asia- Pacific countries.
Vietnam is the third country to launch this solution, after Japan and India. It can be applied to enhanced image modes including white light mode, color-linked image mode and blue light image mode.
A series of new features have been developed in this solution to support the doctor such as helping to better observe important landmarks in the stomach, significantly reducing the rate of missed lesions. All these features are integrated into a single block and displayed on the same endoscope screen.
Mr. Tatsuhiko Saeki - representative of Fujifilm Healthcare Group said: "We want to expand comprehensive solutions for digestive endoscopy. Our vision in the coming years is to bring advanced medical technology to the Vietnamese people, supporting the increase in the rate of early cancer detection, especially gastrointestinal cancer, one of the most common cancers in Vietnam".
