DNO - On January 26, the People's Committee of Da Nang City organized the event "Meeting Da Nang 2024" with many investment promotion activities and meetings with businesses.

“Meeting Da Nang 2024” is a forum for the city to introduce its integration policy orientations and development priorities in the coming time, and is an opportunity for dialogue for partners to share multi-dimensional perspectives from the government, businesses, diplomats and international guests on the city's readiness as well as partners' expectations for the city in the coming time.

This is also the opening event of 2024, promising to open up many new connection opportunities between Da Nang city and its partners.

The event is expected to attract 300-400 domestic and international guests, including representatives of government leaders, representatives of relevant ministries and branches: Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Ministry of Planning and Investment; Ministry of Information and Communications; Ministry of Industry and Trade; Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Ministry of Science and Technology and a number of international agencies, organizations, businesses, foreign investors...

In the series of activities of the event, on the morning of January 26, there will be a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the Center for Research and Training in Microchip Design and Artificial Intelligence in Da Nang, and a discussion on building policies to develop the field of microchip design in Da Nang city.

In addition, delegates attending the event were arranged to visit and survey the High-Tech Park, Lien Chieu Port, Concentrated Information Technology Park, Software Park and some cultural and social facilities of Da Nang city.

In addition to the plenary session, delegates will attend two thematic sessions on "Unlocking international cooperation resources to promote socio-economic development" and "Da Nang is ready to welcome the new wave".

Also within the framework of the event, a memorandum of understanding signing ceremony will take place between the City People's Committee and the city's functional agencies with international organizations and large foreign enterprises.
