Dong Hung: 3 months, issued over 100 land use right certificates

Since the beginning of the year, Dong Hung district has granted land use right certificates to over 100 cases with an area of 37,510m2; organized 10 successful auctions with 47 land lots in 9 communes, with a total area of 7,131.7m2, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.
Staff of the Dong Hung district reception and results department handle procedures for granting land use right certificates to people.
In the coming time, Dong Hung will continue to focus on accelerating the progress of land use right auctions for approved land plots; strengthening inspection and control of land use in industrial clusters, the implementation of land use purpose conversion; resolutely handling violations. Issuing land use right certificates, land allocation, land lease and resolving complaints and land disputes promptly and in accordance with regulations, limiting cases of prolongation and over-leveling.
