Comrade Nguyen Duc Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee presented flowers to congratulate the Provincial Delegation attending the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union.
Speaking at the meeting, the Provincial Party Secretary wished the delegates attending the congress success and good completion of their assigned tasks. Attending the congress is not only an honor but also a responsibility and obligation. Therefore, at the congress, members must promote their sense of responsibility, concentrate their intelligence and democracy, participate in contributing ideas, seriously implement the congress regulations, support and help each other, contributing to the success of the congress.
