Successfully changing your driver's license on the system is eligible to drive.

The Traffic Police Department, Ministry of Public Security said: People are qualified to drive on the road when they pass the test and successfully renew their driver's license on the system.

The Traffic Police Department requires traffic police to control driving licenses in the electronic environment, not requiring hard copies of driving licenses. People only need to provide the driving license control force with the national identification application VNeID, or the driving license number if available, or the citizen identification number, or the appointment letter issued by the traffic police, in case of passing the driving test, to carry out the procedure for issuing and exchanging driving licenses directly.

In case the traffic police do not accept checking driving licenses in the electronic environment or require a hard copy of the driving license, people can report to the Traffic Police Department for support.
