Today, December 3, the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Tri province, including the following delegates: Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Tri province Hoang Duc Thang; Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong; Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Colonel Nguyen Huu Dan; Deputy Head of the Provincial Ethnic Committee Ho Thi Minh continued to meet voters after the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly in Dong Luong ward (Dong Ha city); Cua Viet town (Gio Linh district) and Vinh Son commune (Vinh Linh district).

At the meeting, after listening to the report on the results of the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly with many important decisions passed by the National Assembly, local voters believed and expected that the country would develop strongly and people's lives would continue to improve.

Voters of Dong Luong ward proposed a number of issues such as: Pham Hong Thai street in Trung Chi quarter is degraded and severely damaged due to the heavy traffic of vehicles transporting soil and construction materials, and needs to be repaired to help people travel safely, especially during the upcoming Tet holiday; the situation of illegal sand mining and chaos at Trung Chi sand dunes causes insecurity and disorder; illegal capital mobilization, black credit, and high-interest loans cause many consequences for people.

Dien Bien Phu Street section through Ward 3 has no drainage, is often flooded, causing environmental pollution and affecting the travel and daily life of residents; the slaughterhouse in Ward 1 has existed for many years, causing water pollution, the stench has caused public outrage, but up to now there has been no relocation site, the city is requested to resolve this soon.

Poor and near-poor households are supported to build houses but face difficulties in confirming the origin of the land (for households without land use right certificates); concerns about landslides along the Lai Phuoc riverbank and Tan So street if embankments are not built soon; need to plan to expand residential streets because many routes opened 15-20 years ago have a road width of only about 3 m, which is no longer suitable today.

Many voters also reflected on the current situation of students being overloaded with study, extra classes and tutoring being rampant, and the excessive contributions to schools; the need to increase the regime and allowances for war invalids, revolutionary contributors, and families with preferential policies...

Voters in Cua Viet town reported that the facilities and quality of medical examination and treatment at the Cua Viet town medical station have not met the medical examination and treatment needs of the people; meanwhile, if people self-transfer, they will not enjoy health insurance benefits. Therefore, it is recommended that the National Assembly consider and have appropriate policies so that people can be transferred while still enjoying health insurance according to regulations.

Recently, many fishing boats in the town were fishing when their voyage monitoring equipment broke down. After receiving information from the shore station and people around, the boat owner started the engine as instructed and the signal returned. VNPT network has responded in writing to the competent authority about the signal loss incident due to the objective fault of the network operator. However, fishermen were still fined by the authorities for not fully updating their voyage logs while fishing at sea. Many fishermen had to borrow money to pay the fine. It is recommended that the competent authority consider and resolve the issue in a reasonable manner.

The project to expand National Highway 9 from Cua Viet Port to Song Intersection is not being implemented on schedule, affecting people's lives due to planning problems. We recommend that competent authorities promptly resolve the issue so that people can live and work in peace.

In addition, in the town area, there are a number of households that have built illegal structures for many years but the authorities have not yet completely handled them, causing loss of urban beauty and loss of trust among the people. We recommend that competent authorities promptly handle them according to the provisions of law.

Voters of Vinh Son commune reflected that there are many historical relics in the commune. However, currently, some relics have not been paid attention to in building to serve as places to educate historical traditions for the younger generation; recommend that competent authorities invest in construction and restoration.

Recommend that the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies supervise the implementation of land laws in Vinh Son commune in the past time, including the conversion of protective forest land to production forest land not following the correct procedures; granting land use right certificates to some individuals who are not eligible.

In discussions with local voters, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Hoang Duc Thang and Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong acknowledged and highly appreciated the legitimate and practical opinions and recommendations and clarified some issues that voters were interested in. At the same time, they requested departments, branches and localities to coordinate in studying and considering handling the legitimate recommendations of the people within their authority.

Regarding the issue of black credit, fraud, and multi-level marketing that has caused public outrage as reflected by voters of Dong Luong ward, Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong requested that the police force and security and order protection forces at the grassroots level need to strengthen monitoring and take drastic measures to push back.

The provincial National Assembly delegation received and synthesized voters' recommendations for research and consideration before submitting them to the National Assembly, the Government and relevant ministries and branches for resolution.
