From tomorrow (December 30), Hanoi Department of Transport will reorganize traffic on Lang road at Lang - Yen Lang intersection.


Specifically, the Hanoi Department of Transport organizes one-way traffic for all vehicles on two expanded lanes under the Cat Linh - Ha Dong elevated railway line from Lang to Yen Lang.

Vehicles needing to go from Lang Street to Yen Lang must turn right continuously before the intersection following the expanded road under the Cat Linh - Ha Dong elevated railway.

Lang - Yen Lang intersection is often congested, making it difficult for people to move, so traffic reorganization is necessary. Illustrative photo.

Prohibit parking on the two extended lanes under the Cat Linh - Ha Dong elevated railway, from Lang to Yen Lang and Cau Moi street; Prohibit vehicles from turning around during morning rush hours (from 6 - 9 am) and afternoon rush hours (4 - 7:30 pm) at the turning point opposite 232 Lang street.

The Traffic Infrastructure Maintenance Board is responsible for adjusting traffic organization, installing additional signs, directional signs, paint, guide strips, etc. according to the pilot traffic organization plan; coordinating with the Traffic Control Center - City Police to adjust the traffic light phase at the intersection on Lang Street (from Lang Ha to Nga Tu So) to suit the traffic volume after adjusting the traffic organization.

This agency also needs to assess the traffic situation on the route and area to promptly detect any problems and propose appropriate adjustments to the traffic organization plan during the reorganization period.
