Tao Quan 2024 has a big change in personnel with a series of new names participating in the program for the first time. Attending the recording night, many viewers still remembered the artists who have been with the show for 20 years, and stayed until the curtain closed. At the recording night on January 27 at the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Cultural Palace, People's Artist Quoc Khanh was the only artist from the old cast still participating this year. People's Artist Cong Ly is highly appreciated by his colleagues for his acting skills. Cong Ly's role as Bac Dau is the most colorful, lively and humorous in Tao Quan. When People's Artist Cong Ly had health problems, many audiences and experts believed that no one could surpass the shadow Cong Ly left behind in the role of Bac Dau.

Since 2020, People's Artist Cong Ly has been appointed as Deputy Director of the Hanoi Drama Theater. People's Artist Tu Long - Deputy Director of the Army Cheo Theater People's Artist Tu Long's full name is Vu Tu Long, born in 1973 in Bac Ninh . He has a special bond with People's Artist Xuan Bac, they were a pair of actors who got along well since they were young and together built their reputation from Gap nhau cuoi tuan, Gap nhau cuoi nam. Coming from a Cheo actor background, possessing a smooth singing voice, People's Artist Tu Long has his own role in Tao Quan when he takes on many singing parts with many forms and genres. If Xuan Bac - Cong Ly nailed the roles of Nam Tao, Bac Dau, Tu Long acts in a variety of ways and plays many different Tao roles each year. Referring to his 20-year journey participating in Tao Quan, Tu Long shared that he is proud and always full of memories. Tu Long thanks Tao Quan for helping him get closer to a wider audience, thanks Tao Quan for helping him mature, improve, and train himself.

Tu Long was awarded the title of People's Artist in 2015, he is the youngest artist of the Tao Quan troupe to receive this title. Meritorious Artist Chi Trung - former Director of Tuoi Tre Theater Meritorious Artist Chi Trung still humorously said that he was "forced" to take art exams and reluctantly became an artist. However, when he devoted himself to the stage, Chi Trung left many impressions with a series of roles in classic stage works of Tuoi Tre Theater. When in a leadership position, from the role of troupe leader to becoming the Director of Tuoi Tre Theater, Chi Trung was always praised for his hard work, diligence, and efforts to call for socialization, and to cooperate with businesses to help the stage stay lit and get through difficult times.

In 2022, Meritorious Artist Chi Trung will stop holding the position of director at Tuoi Tre Theater and retire according to regulations. Chi Trung has also been associated with Gap Nhau Cuoi Tuan and Gap Nhau Cuoi Nam since the late 1990s and has been on air for 20 years. With his graceful delivery and diction, Chi Trung has delivered a series of "immortal" lines that have caused a storm for many years when participating in Tao Quan.
