The 11th Party Congress of the Department of Justice, term 2025 - 2030, sets out 3 key tasks and 10 specific goals.

With the theme "Solidarity, democracy, discipline, order; innovation, creativity, improving the effectiveness of judicial work", the Congress comprehensively assessed the results of the implementation of tasks for the 2020-2025 term, pointed out the shortcomings, causes and proposed specific directions, goals and solutions for the new term.

During the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committees of the Departments of Justice of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces (before the merger) led and directed the excellent completion of political tasks, ensuring the right direction, closely following the Party's guidelines and the State's laws and policies.

Party members voted to approve the contents at the Congress.

100% of assigned tasks were completed on time and ahead of schedule; Party building work was strengthened, cadres and party members had strong political will, good moral qualities, and were exemplary in work and life.

The Congress set out three key tasks for the new term, including: improving the quality of propaganda and political and ideological education for Party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers; promoting administrative reform in leadership, organization, and implementation of political tasks and Party building work; improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and Party members; strengthening discipline and order; and improving the quality of Party inspection and supervision work.

The Congress also identified 10 specific goals to strive for in the 2025-2030 term. Some notable goals are: 100% of Party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers study and research Party directives and resolutions, State policies and laws related to their fields of work under the direction of competent authorities.

Every year, the Party Committee of the Department of Justice completes its tasks well or better; 100% of Party members complete their tasks, of which 90% or more complete their tasks well or better. The Department strives to complete the inspection and supervision program well, and resolve 100% of complaints and denunciations (if any).

The Congress also identified solutions to continue improving the effectiveness of law-making and enforcement; promoting administrative reform and public service discipline; continuing to effectively carry out legal dissemination and education and legal aid; strengthening inspection and supervision of party members; and promoting the role of mass organizations in performing political tasks.

At the Congress, the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee was announced to appoint the Party Committee of the Department of Justice consisting of 9 comrades, the Standing Committee consisting of 3 comrades, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee consisting of 2 comrades and the Party Committee Inspection Committee consisting of 5 comrades. Comrade Nguyen Khanh Lam, member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Director of the Department of Justice was appointed Secretary of the Party Committee of the Department of Justice. The Congress also announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee appointing 4 comrades to attend the Congress of Delegates of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
