Da Nang opens week to honor Korean tourists

On July 29, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang City announced that Da Nang will open a jubilant gratitude week dedicated to Korean tourists.

Accordingly, the Korean Tourist Appreciation Week in Da Nang 2025 will take place from August 1 to 8.

The week aims to express gratitude for the support of Korean tourists and partners to the city's tourism industry, and at the same time introduce the appearance of "New Da Nang" with many unique and classy tourism products after the expansion of administrative boundaries.

The week will include 6 main activities such as: welcoming the 1 millionth Korean visitor in 2025; Famtrip program for 10 leading travel agencies and 5 OTAs in Korea; welcoming Korean KOLs to experience Da Nang; golf tournament and gala to honor strategic partners.

At the same time, Da Nang is implementing a stimulus program that lasts until the end of the year with attractive incentives for Korean tourists such as souvenirs, discount vouchers, 20-30% discount on entrance tickets to Ba Na Hills and shows, along with lucky draw activities and receiving gifts at tourist attractions.

During the week, Korean visitors to Da Nang can receive a gift of gratitude at the International Arrivals Terminal – Da Nang Airport or the Visitor Support Center (18 Hung Vuong). The city encourages visitors to share their experiences with the hashtags: #DanangFantastiCity, #NewDanang, #NewExperiences.

Through the program, Da Nang shows its respect for Korean tourists and affirms its commitment to accompany and develop sustainably with this key international market.
