Tri Viet Education Group shares listed on HNX on October 23

Tri Viet Education Group Joint Stock Company - Tri Viet Education Group, stock code: CAR (address at A15, 1st floor, Home City building, 177 Trung Kinh, Yen Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi), established in 2013, is an organization specializing in investing in training projects; researching, building and developing training products/services on skills, enriching knowledge and arts for Vietnamese children on the basis of applying the latest technologies in building training programs and referring to advanced educational content and methods of countries with developed education.

On July 13, 2022, CAR shares traded in the first session on UPCoM at VND 11,000/share.

In 2024, Tri Viet increased its charter capital to VND 50.59 billion.

Regarding production and business situation, in 2023, Tri Viet achieved net revenue of more than 40.5 billion VND (up 36% over the same period in 2022), after-tax profit reached more than 3.59 billion VND (equal to 89% over the same period last year).

By the end of the second quarter of 2024, Tri Viet's net revenue will reach more than 17.28 billion VND (up 6% over the same period in 2023), after-tax profit will reach more than 1.57 billion VND (up 72.5% over the same period last year).

On October 23, 5,059,098 CAR shares will officially be traded on the listed stock market at HNX with a reference price on the first trading day of VND 19,800/share; the value of registered securities for trading (at par value of VND 10,000/share) is over VND 50.5 billion.
