Aiming to promote digital transformation in tourism, for the first time at VITM Hanoi 2025, Vietnam Tourism Association and VietSolutions Group launched the TechZone area, gathering 20 advanced technology solutions to create an attractive technology experience journey for visitors.

At the TechZone booth, modern digital technologies from major domestic and foreign technology companies were introduced. Mr. Luong Thanh Nam - General Director of Vietsolutions Group said, “MSP Vietnam brings wifi solutions and wifi marketing. BestPrice Travel introduces AI applications in travel assistants. Hoan My Group and DIGICORP introduce Cleaning Robot and Service Robot - the future of the F&B and hotel industry... In addition, there are AI Chatbot & Chathub, AI multilingual translation, Buggy car booking application for tourist areas...”.

These smart travel applications help analyze the needs and suggest suitable itineraries for tourists as well as ensure the most convenient and optimal customer care.
