Speaking at the program, Deputy Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs Nguyen Thi Ha sent her best wishes to the children of the "Full Moon Festival" for a happy and safe Mid-Autumn Festival, and a warm Mid-Autumn Festival with their families and loved ones. The Deputy Minister praised the children of the Ministry's staff for their efforts and achievements in the past school year, and wished them to always obey their parents and teachers, study hard, practice, and make progress in the new school year.

The Deputy Minister welcomed the Ministry's Youth Union for organizing a large-scale, meaningful and practical Mid-Autumn Festival for the Ministry's children; at the same time, he requested that the cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers who are parents present today make efforts to complete the Ministry's professional work and spend more time taking care of and educating the children, so that they become useful citizens of society.
