On the morning of April 1, in Hanoi, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and central organizations held a conference to study, learn, and disseminate the Party's Resolution, with the participation of 2,800 delegates at 9 locations.

The conference aims to raise awareness, unify will and action throughout the Party; serve as a basis for concretizing the programs and work plans of each agency, unit and Party organization in the coming time.

Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Mr. Tran Thang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Organizations, said that in recent times, continuing to implement Resolution 18 of the Central Committee on innovation, streamlining the organization of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently, the Politburo and the Secretariat have issued many directive documents, including Conclusion No. 126 dated February 14, 2025 and Conclusion No. 127 dated February 28, 2025.

These are two conclusions that have profound directional significance for continuing to arrange and streamline the organization of the political system, ensuring synchronization, effectiveness, efficiency and suitability with the requirements of innovation in the new period.

In particular, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations are assigned to coordinate with the Central Organizing Committee, the Government Party Committee, the National Assembly Party Committee and the Party Committees of socio-political organizations and mass associations at the Central level assigned by the Party and the State to conduct research and orientation to continue to reorganize socio-political organizations and mass associations assigned by the Party and the State to be directly under the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (in sync with the current Party organizational structure). At the same time, propose policies to amend and supplement relevant legal regulations and Party regulations, and report to the Politburo in the third quarter.

Regarding this, the Party Committee Standing Committee reported to the Politburo and received it to report to the Central Executive Committee in April.

Along with that, the Party Committee Standing Committee is actively leading and directing a general review of the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of affiliated agencies and organizations, especially press agencies, to ensure unified management and effective operations in the direction of maximum streamlining, maintaining only really necessary units, and reporting to the Politburo in the second quarter.

At the conference, delegates listened to three main topics: Breakthrough in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation in the spirit of Resolution No. 57; strengthening the Party's leadership in education work on thrift, integrity, impartiality and impartiality according to Directive No. 42 and Regulation No. 231 on protecting people fighting against corruption, waste and negativity; implementing the Supplementary Project on socio-economic development in 2025 with the growth target of 8% or more according to Conclusion No. 123 of the Party Central Committee.

"The topics presented at the conference are all major, urgent issues of strategic significance in implementing the Party's major policies and orientations," said Mr. Tran Thang.
