From 3:00 p.m. on April 30, the number of cars on the Phap Van - Cau Gie - Ninh Binh - Cao Bo - Mai Son expressway increased dramatically. From Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh, Ha Nam provinces... to Hanoi and the northern provinces, vehicles moved slowly.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai (Nghe An) said that after lunch, his family started to return to the city after the holiday.

“We still have one more day off, but my family decided to return to Hanoi to avoid traffic jams. Since noon today, the number of vehicles has increased, and at many intersections like Liem Tuyen, cars move slowly,” said Mr. Hai.
